My fantastic brother-in-law, and lovely sister-in-law celebrated their birthdays at the end of March and in early April. Doing a joint family birthday party, I was able to make them some cupcakes to help celebrate the day.
I can't take credit for the design of these, I found them here: https://thefirstyearblog.com/octopus-cupcakes/ I just love them and they were surprisingly simple. The hardest part was rolling the marshmallows in melted chocolate, without melting the marshmallow.
